2006年4月17日 · To do the piston soak with MMO, do you have to disassemble anything? With Seafoam, you use the brake booster vacuum line to get into the engine. With my S 10 i poured it down the carb. On the Neon I removed spark plugs and poured it in the hole. You can remove a vacumn line that will pull it into the piston/Gas chamber also.

2003年8月24日 · If you are still under warranty, Isuzu will replace the short block if they determine oil consumption is over 1qt/1000miles. Make sure your PCV system is clean to keep crank-case pressure down. If it was my truck, I'd pull the spark plugs & soak the cylinders w/ an upper cylinder cleaner like marvel mystery oil, seafoam, etc..etc.

2009年3月10日 · If it doesn't right away, check out the color of the tranny fluid. If it is pretty much red or brown and smells ok, then flush the tranny and see if that gets rid of the code. If not, pull out some fluid and add a bottle of Seafoam Trans Tune and run it for 1 or 2k miles. Then flush the transmission again. Check if the code is gone.

2007年3月14日 · had the same problem with my 98 grand cherokee and there was carbon build up. i drizzled SeaFoam down the throttle body and when the engine began to choke i revved it up and tons of grey smoke blew out the back, which is Carbon. after it cleared up it ran great and i got great gas mileage too.
