SCP-106, also known as The Old Man, is a supporting antagonist in the SCP Foundation mythos. He is a Keter class humanoid SCP anomaly contained by the SCP Foundation. He also appears as the secondary antagonist of the video game SCP: Containment Breach and a playable character in SCP: Secret Laboratory.

SCP-106 was a mutated old man the Foundation had found during the Cold War. Foundation neurosurgeon Spinella was tasked with bringing the wheelchair bound old man wrapped in clothing to Site-7 from Poland. In this trip, the old man barely talked, only chuckling madly and always grinning, disturbing Spinella who could do nothing but ignore it.
