Steps: 1) Erase all bluetooth profiles (Forget) for Phonak in settings. 2) Forget devices in Phonak App. 3) In “Accessibility - Hearing Aids” check the “Hearing Aid Compatibility”(make sure it’s ON).

When Bluetooth pairs my Phonak hearing aids to my iPhone, during telephone calls, the Bluetooth connection starts and stops every few seconds, making hearing my telephone call very difficult. My audiologist says that Apple and Phonak are both aware of this problem.
