I was dismayed to see that it wouldn’t show up in the latest Microsoft Mouse and Keyboard Center. I just had an empty grey screen to look at, which luckily didn’t reflect my falling tears.

2019年1月2日 · The mouse and keyboard are linked to my Windows system pc. I am using my old mouse to ask this question! The new mouse won't action my wireless keyboard (by the same manufacturer) so I can't login to my pc using it! However, the new mouse's pointer works in most instances if I swap over to it whilst I have the computer on.

I have a keyboard + mouse kit (Microsoft Wireless Desktop 2000), the mouse stopped working, and the weel was kind of wrecked, so i bought a new mouse wireless 2000 which came with its own transceiver. Is it possible to connect the new mouse to the original transceiver of the Wireless Desktop 2000 kit ? Best regards.

2019年4月14日 · AFAIK, the Microsoft mouse and USB transceiver are paired and will only work with each other. In case if they are under warranty, you can ask Microsoft for a replacement. Contact Microsoft Support regrading same. Else you may need to purchase a new set.

2019年2月28日 · Providing you have not installed any software what came with your old mouse you should be fine with attaching the new mouse as Windows will generally find it. If the NEW one came with a disk for Hotkey Functions and certain other functions you may have to install them after Windows has found the Device for full functionality.

I have looked in Microsoft hardware downloads for appropriate drivers and software for Microsoft trackball optical 1.0 USB wired mouse. It is a old model not made any more but I am very fond of it.

I don't remember if I removed the device in the bluetooth area one week ago when I was trying to connect the Apple Airpods Pro in my Surface. I tried everthing. I changed the batteries of the mouse, and the surface is updated.
