It supplied natural gas to the whole little town by us until it became "unprofitable" for the company and they sold the gas well back to the landowner - my wife's Great Uncle. He used that free gas to heat the house as well as brood 20,000 meat chickens every 8 weeks.

2024年10月23日 · The gas fittings for the ends of the pipe (assuming CSST is used) add a bit of girth. Quite abit I thought. A 1” hole may be big enuff for just the csst, but when a gas termination fitting is installed a 1” hole may not be big enuff. I wouldn’t be comfortable drilling any holes without the piping and all fittings in front of me.

There is a separator at the well head that separates the gas & the fluids , oil , water , ect. & sends the fluids into a 100 barrel tank that's also at the well head & the gas goes out a pipeline .

But you MUST track this down before some day down the line a drilling rig is moved in to deepen, frack, use the well to dispose of returned water, whatever.
