I want to mount an Eotech siting system however when using the standard picatinny rail that came with the gun, there is not enough clearance for the empty casings to consistently eject, with some getting hung up.

2013年10月22日 · Recently mounted an Eotech XPS2-0 on my 196-xxxxx series mini-14 Ranch Rifle using an Amega Mounts Mini-Scout-Mount; replacing a Leupold VX-3 3.5-10x40mm (silver) scope w/Ruger rings. While the XPS2-0 is approximately 3/4” taller than the 40mm scope, I do like the compactness of the XPS2-0 and having the action fully accessible.

2009年1月11日 · Accurrized Mini-14 with EOTech out on the scout rail positon seems to work just fine. A friend mounted his Eotech on his Mini with an Ultimak scout mount, and it worked fine. It was fast and accurate, and worked much better than the scout scope I had on mine at the same time. No Tapco... Please don't do that to your Mini.
