We are committed to the vision we share with the community for an enhanced, sustainable skier experience at Homewood Mountain Resort that will be available for locals and visitors alike for years to come.

Homewood Mountain Resort is a privately-owned mountain and visitors predominantly ski/ride on privately-owned land with the exception of the Quail Face, directly above Quail Lake. Access to Quail Face is granted through a US Forest Service special use permit.

Homewood Mountain Resort places environmental stewardship at the core of our vision. With forest management, water conservation, and wildlife preservation initiatives, we aim to protect the land for future generations.

The Homewood Mountain Sports Pop-Up Shop & Project Information Center is open this winter at North Lodge. We are here to share information about the project, our path to TRPA approvals, and our plan to reopen the Resort for everyone to enjoy.

New for the 2017/18 season Homewood Mountain Resort has partnered with Airbnb to provide local vacation home rentals for those looking to stay close to the resort. There’s nothing quite like staying on the magical West Shore of Lake Tahoe, especially after a long day on the slopes!
