Nameless Ghouls are the accompanying instrumentalist members of the band Ghost. They use the alias 'Nameless Ghouls' to shield the performers' identities and remain anonymous. Throughout the band's history, the Ghouls have worn virtually identical, face-concealing costumes that have changed for each album era.

Despite being positioned in the back, Cirrus is very energetic and engaging. She's known for doing heart hands at the crowd, dancing while playing her keyboard, and interacting sweetly with other ghoulettes. Era IV [] Cirrus' first show with Ghost was on May 4th, 2018 at The Roxy Theatre in West Hollywood, California.
