2020年7月31日 · u/chaociao yesssss, it’s honestly awful using the in game keyboard to input codes. After putting in a 19 line long code for a Pokémon colosseum randomizer, I knew I needed a keyboard. I actually had an action replay keyboard as a kid, but those are really hard to find now, and even an adapter for keyboard to GameCube is really hard to find.

Configure Port 1 -> Right Click on "A" (or whichever button you need) Click "Clear" (near bottom) Click "Detect" Press the first key on the keyboard you want to assign. It will highlight something in the list on the left. Simply double click the highlighted item.

2022年5月13日 · fr tho, I did the same thing (keyboard as controller) and while it was a fun challenge to get something that worked it never really "worked". Any movement using the analog joystick was awful (so 100% of games), you can't use the analog triggers other than in fully on/off positions (goodbye F-Zero GX etc...), and it just sucked all the fun out ...

The ASCII Gamecube Controller is the recent addition to my collection. The keyboard is a lot smaller than I thought, but at least the controller functionality works great. Once I get the Raphnet Adapter in the mail in a couple weeks I'll be able to say if the keyboard works at all or not.

2014年2月13日 · Yes I recall with the N64 my one friend had the really weird controller that one of us had to play Goldeneye with. That controller was routinely tossed. However, I recall when I got my Gamecube, this was the one game I wanted to play. Luckily I didn't spent all that money for it.

2019年8月25日 · This controller is a gross hybrid of a standard gamecube controller and a keyboard. Currently, this keyboard does not function as a normal keyboard on any hardware other than the original gamecube with the PSO disk. However, I would like change that.

Either way, once you learn how to, doing stuff on a keyboard can be easier then playing on a controller. What about angles? You can do angles on a keyboard (Including shield drop angles).
