2023年5月15日 · I have an EPSON XP 2100 printer/scanner. I just upgraded to Windows 11. After a lot of searching I realised that the Scan 2 app which I used before with this printer in Windows 10 is not compatible with Windows 11. I installed Windows Scan as recommended. Windows Scan only offer JPG, PNG, TIFF and Bitmap as options in the dropdown menu.

2019年1月29日 · Since doing an update from Epson, I'm unable to print PDF files with my Epson XP-640 printer. No problem printing Word files.

1 issue though is that the action buttons on epson scan no longer show (preview, scan etc) if you click on the area they should be they still work and then appear- which is great if you know where all the buttons are! it worked perfectly fine the 10 min before i did the upgrade then had this issue immediately after.

2021年11月1日 · Windows has always had poor PDF support and that does not seem to have improved in Windows 11. I have tried both the built-in "Windows Fax and Scan" app and the "Windows Scan" app from the Windows Store. Neither of them will scan multiple pages to a PDF file which seriously is the most basic requirement for a scanner app in 2022.

2024年7月3日 · Epson V600 works with Microsoft scan for documents but can't scan slides or negatives. Epson scan or epson scan2 doesn't work, neither does Vuescan. Epson service centre suggested it was an old defective scanner not worth repairing so now I have two V600 which don't work. This seems to be a windows issue. Surely someone can sort this out!

The only thing I can't do is finish scanning & saving a document (using Epson Scan and ABBYY Finereader 9.0) My all-in-one used to trigger the ABBYY app to convert documents created by the Epson scan software, then save it as PDF file. in a folder of my choice.
