2023年9月11日 · I'm playing Baldur's Gate 3 where I'm romancing Gale, and Stardew Valley where I'm romancing Elliott. For some reason, I started reading Elliott's dialogue with Gale's voice. And o.m.g. I will never unhear it. It's so perfect. Their use of language is similarly flowery and poetic, and they're both a bit verbose.

2024年12月9日 · I view Elliott and Leah as age-mates. Leah, I think of as someone who has an MFA, and lived with Kel during and briefly after grad school. Likewise I think that Elliott is a fairly freshly minted creative writing MFA who flees a family wishing he'd do something lucrative but soul-sucking with his life. This puts them in their mid to late 20s.

2022年7月23日 · And among the modders, Diverse Stardew Valley picked Sam and Penny to have trans options, not Elliott (as did Emyn's Queer dialogue but that was building on DSV on purpose). I know there are mods for enby Abigail as well, and enby farmers, but I think the rest for the vanilla characters is assuming cis and binary.

2021年4月16日 · Elliott is not at the desert festival on the day he’s supposed to be there (Spring 15). I even saw him leave our house early that day, but I couldn’t find him at the spot the wiki says he’s supposed to be (cliffside south of racing line) or anywhere, and he wasn’t a vendor.

2020年11月20日 · This one's probably a false alarm. I just created another character and tried to enter Elliott's cabin right away at the beginning but couldn't. Either there's something strange going on with my other save file or (more likely) I actually had 2 hearts with Elliott. I could have sworn Elliott had only 1 heart though, I remember checking.

2021年12月30日 · Elliot is my first love and first husband in Stardew and I love to make sure I always have his favourite present ready for him on a new playthrough. About 5 times now, I've had the problem where it's Year 1 and I haven't had time to get his hearts up to 2 points yet, and then my heart breaks because it's raining on his birthday again.
