From my observation, the new Hunter armor for Trials is based off of the Egyptian Goddess, Bastet/Bast (Though maybe I am mistaken and this armor represents Sekhmet.) Now Bast is the Goddess of Cats and...a whole lot of other things as well. However, there is something else to note here regarding Cats.

2024年5月10日 · The abdomen armor is lamellar in the first photo, and scale in the rest. There's no way to tell if it's leather, metal, or some other material. Those armors existed in history, but I'm not an expert in Egypt and that's several millennia of history anyways.

2020年2月7日 · These are fan concepts based upon the general fantasy/Egyptian theme of the D1 Trials of Osiris armor Trials of Osiris is returning next season (March) and while we haven’t seen the armor, it is likely to be in a similar design vein as before. I’d expect them to be a bit less fantasy than the images here however, based on the game.
