A cult classic in the Chinese fan circles, it explores all the court politicking of that period with an obviously dedicated team behind it all without ~creative liberties~ that many dramas do take (even the ones I otherwise like).

2021年7月8日 · Here is my list of historical dramas with a strong FL. - Story of Ming Lang: A drama of life in the noble families of the time. The FL is not a warrior but she is extremely intelligent. It's a drama that takes its time (not everyone necessarily likes it) but the cunning, intelligence and determination of FL make this drama one of the best there is.
