11310 is for shave removal but not for skin tags. For removal of skin tags by any method, use codes 11200 and 11201.

2013年2月21日 · Removal of a skin tag and vulvar biopsy are two separate things. If it is truly a skin tag, then 11200; if it is a more extensive excision, such as excision of a benign lesion, then I go with 11420 series.
