A 55 inch is a decent all around. You can use it as a monitor, a tv, movies, whatever. If you are sometimes 2 feet away, sometimes 8 this is good. 65 inch really eliminates monitor use entirely, but it’s an acceptable size for most people. If it’s a 6 …
Will I really regret going 55” instead of 65”? - Reddit
2022年1月10日 · I sit 10 feet away as well. I had a 65 inch that was a nice size, but I wanted a little bigger so I got a 70 inch. I returned that when I realized I actually wanted a 75 inch. Basically, at 10 feet, I highly doubt you'll regret the 65. Most guides recommend about a 70-75 inch for a 10 ft distance. Buy it from a retailer with a good return policy.

The size difference between 65" and 77" is massive, like +30cm width / +15cm hight more and 65" is not small to begin with. I do still think my 65" G3 is a little bit to big, but for immersion at closer distances the FOV you get from 65" vs 77" are pretty close: * 65" got ~50° FOV at 5 feet distance * 77" got ~50° FOV at 6 feet distance

45 vs 55 vs 65 inch TV : r/4kTV - Reddit
2024年5月13日 · I had a 55" TV from 2012-2019. I upgraded to a 65" in 2019, and have settled on a 9-10' viewing distance. I want to upgrade, and am considering going to a 75/77" size class when I do as 65 feels small at this distance. Do you plan to wall mount the TV, as that stand will struggle with a 55" I should think.
