Hell, they probably sold 2/3 of the K1000 sold in the U.S. I think Kmart's demise is directly correlated to when they closed down there camera department. Walmart's current camera department is a joke compared to what Kmart used to have going.

2024年10月21日 · Till today, I used some Pentax 67 lenses adapted to Nikon. Now I have a small cambo actus view camera, and buying some lenses for it. For standard rail, my max focal lengh is 120mm, unless i buy new long bellows and rail (~800$). So i currenlty thought to buy some lenses, maybe you can give your opinion on that if you used them with movements.

There have been fine Toyo LF cameras for decades -- I once lusted after a lightweight 5x7" field camera. The 35mm lenses are something else, especially those called Five Star, which may be labeled Toyo or Tou or Toyu etc.

2023年9月5日 · To me the best M42 mount camera, is the last of the Pentax screw mounts...the Pentax ES ll. I have one, have had since '74 . Bought it new. No issues. four batteries a bot of a pain though, expense, etc. Great camera, and it was ahead of its time. Mine is black with a 50mm F 1.8. Beautiful looking camera, excellent quality.
