Unfortunately the only solution offered is a complete replacement of the whole multiair system, which costs $4000 😕 (some people even take a flight to italy to purchase the system and its a cheaper option with a vacation included).

On my 18' QV the VIN calls for 0W-40 but I run 5W-40 because it's easier and cheaper to get in the correct spec.
