2015年2月4日 · The last letter (the "A") was introduced in Oct of '68, so the trans was assembled in August of '69 - way too late for a Jan of '69 Camaro, so though you could order an M20, this particular M20 is not the born with transmission for the car you are considering.

2005年5月27日 · My 69 Z28 is a low mileage, almost completely original (except for the alternator, fan clutch, and windshield) vehicle so I'd prefer not to perform any non-stock modifications to the vehicle. My thinking is that putting a Ford solenoid in my Z28 is a hack (I'm a software engineer) rather than finding a proper solution to the issue.

2007年7月6日 · Just makes financial sense. The price guides all give an RS car (assuming you convert the X33), a 15% bump over non-RS values. I think that in reality, its more like 20%,especially on the 69'. The 69' RS front grille makes for the most sinister looking car GM ever built... A crowd favorite,and worth much more than a std grille X77 car.

2001年1月21日 · It is what the EIS catalog showed as a replacement master cyl for a 69 Camaro with JL8 brakes, but I believe the short master is the more correct one. I know the tall master was used on early 70's pickup trucks. And was recomended for racing use for the Camaro as it has more brake fluid reservoir capacity.

2021年4月29日 · The only thing that even remotely shows the car "might" be a z28 is the tachometer. The 6k tach was used on the Z28 and the L78 engines (as well as the L78/L89), but without any other proof, you're stuck in the Twilight Zone. Ed

2007年1月16日 · Ok, looking for a "factory looking" exhaust for my 69 Z28 from the hearders back that "sounds really aggressive". I do not mind if the system is 2.5 inches as long as it appears to be factory looking. (yes I understand the factory system was 2.25) The headers that are on the car are from the late 60's or early 70's. They are staying on the car.
