Launch the Costco app, then tap the Card icon at the bottom of the screen. The login page will appear. Follow instructions on the login page to sign in with an existing Costco.com account. If you do not have an existing Costco.com account, create one now. Each Digital Membership Card is tied to a specific Costco.com account.

Costco Cash Rewards from Citi are issued annually with your February credit card billing statement. If you’ve opted for paperless statements, the reward will be sent via email. You can also access it through the Citi mobile app or on Citi.com. Costco Cash Rewards from Citi expire on December 31 of the year they are distributed.

Our membership fees help to offset operational costs so we can keep our prices low. A modest increase in fees will allow us to bring our members even greater value.

Renewing your membership online is as simple as signing in and heading to Renew Membership in your Costco.com Account. To keep things nice and easy, our members likewise have the option to Auto Renew using any Visa® credit card. Please keep in mind that active memberships can only be renewed within 90 days prior to the expiration date.

A Costco Digital Shop Card is an electronic gift card that is sent via email and redeemed using your smartphone or by bringing a printed copy with you when you visit a Costco location. Costco Digital Shop Cards are available for purchase on Costco.com, and are issued for select promotions and a variety of other uses.

If you are the Primary Member, we leave it up to you to decide who receives the second card—something you can change at any time by visiting your Account Details or the membership counter at your local Costco.

Gift Card and Ticket items are non-refundable. How to Return an Item. Products purchased at a Costco location need to be returned at the returns counter at any Costco warehouse. Items ordered online can be returned at any Costco warehouse -or- you can initiate a return through Costco.com. Accepted payment methods differ online and in the warehouse.
