Despite the mouse (Logitech G502 Hero) being correctly connected and the LEDs working fine, the cursor was not moving, and the system was not reacting to clicking on mouse buttons. 2018年12月13日 · I suggest update the mouse driver and verify if issue is solved: Press Windows + R keys altogether to bring out the Run box. Type devmgmt.msc and then hit Enter to open Device Manager. Press Tab to switch to devices list. Use arrow keys to scroll down to Mice and other pointing devices and use the right arrow key to expand it.
