2023年5月26日 · The Department of Public Property (DPP) manages the buildings and structures where City employees work and where City equipment is kept. Our department buys, sells, leases, designs, constructs, renovates, and maintains City properties.

As outlined in the City's charter, PCPC oversees the: Physical development plan of the City, or the Comprehensive Plan. Zoning ordinances, maps, and amendments. Capital Program and Budget. Streets and land subdivisions. Recommendations to City Council related to zoning and development legislation.

The plan is currently organized around three big themes: Thrive, Connect, and Renew. Thrive - Economic development. Thrive addresses housing, jobs, and vacant land. The recommendations will help Philadelphia build healthy neighborhoods that have affordable housing choices and convenient local shopping options.
