2022年1月14日 · Bad marketing from MSI for this laptop: This game just got real. As in this game being with the webcam. It got real for sure lol. You should double triple check if the internal webcam works with Windows provided driver instead.

2023年12月1日 · Purchased a new MSI Modern 15 with Win11 preinstalled and while everything else setup just fine, Hello Face won't work as it says "we couldn't find a camera compatible with Windows Hello Face". Sort of crazy since the camera is built-in (and HD) and Device Manager says it's from Microsoft as well.

When I go to select a drive it says “No Signed drivers were found” I’ve searched for hours and done countless formats and different solutions. None seem to work.

2024年10月19日 · It seems that MSI Center is prompting you to install a fingerprint driver (Elantech FingerPrinter Driver), even though your laptop does not have a fingerprint reader. This can happen if the driver package is incorrectly flagged as required during an update scan. If your laptop does not have a fingerprint reader, you can safely ignore this driver.
