The NTSB held a briefing Saturday evening to give an update on the investigation to the tragic Flight 5342 crash over the Potomac River.

After being indicted for the distributing charge, Dennis Matias had a court date in December of 2024 that he failed to show up to. On Thursday, he was rearrested.
