Storm Éowyn is likely to cause severe disruption to rail services across northern England, a train operator has warned.

Northern Rail reports that vaping incidents have been a consistent problem, with 'dozens' of complaints from passengers over the past year.

A spokesperson for Northern Rail said: "Train services running across the whole Northern network may be cancelled or delayed. Disruption is expected until the end of the day on 25/01/25.
