A 46-year-old Arizona man died while skydiving Saturday after authorities say he suffered a “hard landing" when his parachute did not deploy.

Ann Wick, 55, is the latest skydiving fatality in Eloy, Arizona after she fell to her death during a jump on Jan. 24. Wick was from Minnesota.

The FAA is investigating how the main and reserve parachutes were packed as well as flight rules for the pilot and aircraft.
