The banners are part of the Destin Banner Art Project headed by Ron Sandstead of Flutterby Antiques. This is the sixth year for the banner project and the fifth time for the holiday banners.

Local artists of all ages are being invited to take part in the 13th annual Gratiot Downtown Art Expo Banner Project.
