Aloha, Yes , I think the Ultimate Circle Island tour is appropriate for senior citizens if they can get on and off our bus easily and walk short distances. At Waimea Falls they can purchase a shuttle rides available from Hale Ho'ike to the Wailele waterfall turn around area available for purchase at the ticket booth if needed but the narrow road is fairly flat.

The round the island tours take you to see locations that you can swim which you can note down and swim on another day. Since this is a briefing about the island you won’t get much time to swim dry up and then get on the bus. Mostly just dipping your feet fro 15-20 mins. It’s a good way to get know all the beaches and pick a full day of just your favourite beach time. I also recommend doing this tour on day one for a in a nutshell experience.
