It's a quick walk, 5mins. If you're driving up Old Military Rd, you'll see the falls ahead; pull off at one of the little turnouts and mind the traffic walking. There's space for 2 cars or so at the top. The road goes right to the top of it. There's a larger lot just above it, so if you park there, you'll want to walk farther down the road to turn around and get a better view. It's not big by American standards, but it's a very beautiful valley.
