It’s better there between may to oct . Visiting above Rohtang in winter is not advisable. From 15 th nov onward they close Rohtang pass so if someone is going above that goes on …

in mountains u r never sure with every thing. luck also plays a role. Just do it. view is always clear except if it freezes. Kunjm top is the nearest spot where u can enjoy the nature.
