Complimentary Wi-Fi is available in every flat and all bedrooms are fully furnished with an private en-suite bathrooms. Bills are included, so you don’t have to worry about a thing! X1 Arndale House has an onsite gym, available to use 24/7 with fob access. Overnight security is stationed at reception every evening from 7pm-7am.
